The Technical Operations Owner’s focus is the support and maintenance of the underlying service technology. This role differs from that of the Business Operations Owner, whose focus is to provide end-user service support. Delta TechOps is the largest airline maintenance, repair and overhaul in North America, generating more than $500 million in revenue in 2008.

As TechOps Product lead you will lead the cross functional TechOps activities to establish, launch and ensure uninterrupted, reliable and sustainable supply of one or several products, short and long term.
